Talking on Wontumi radio, Ernest Owusu Bempah claimed that a seat warrant has been given by a court for the capture of Captain Smart.

He charges that Captain Smart currently possesses a vehicle claimed by the Chief Executive Officer of Angel Group of Companies.

Owusu Bempah said that the Dampare seems, by all accounts, to be stalling on the capture of Captain Smart and has thusly allowed him fourteen days to impact the capture else he will assume control over issues.

Owusu Bempah said as a ‘resident vigilante’ he has been dressed with forces to capture a suspect and hand him over to the police and will leave on such reason if the IGP doesn’t exploit the fourteen-day window.

“I have allowed IGP fourteen days to capture Captain Smart in light of the fact that there is a seat warrant for him. He took Kwaku Oteng’s vehicle and a seat warrant was given for his capture however it has not been finished.

“We (#FixingTheCountry Movement) are giving him (Dampare) fourteen days to capture Captain Smart else we will do it without anyone else’s help. On the off chance that we do it, nobody should fault the president. In the event that Reverend Owusu Bempah could be confined by the IGP and nobody would whine then, at that point, Captain Smart isn’t exempt from the rules that everyone else follows.

“At the point when the opportunity arrives and we make a move, nobody ought to blame us for getting into mischief since we have resident vigilantes. We are resident police and we won’t permit Captain Smart to slight the court. We will capture him and hand him over to the IGP. It’s anything but a major undertaking, we can without much of a stretch do it,” he said.

Chief Smart, it will be reviewed left Angel Broadcasting Network in May this year with heaps of debate.

He was at first requested to continue on endless leave over what the administration from the ABN expressed to be the utilization of foul language against key government authorities and inability to hold fast to guide from Kwaku Oteng who is the CEO of ABN.

He accordingly joined Onua TV where he is the host of their morning show.
